He is survived by: his former wife Vicki Charlene Gottman; his wife Mildred Muenks; his children, Greg Hitt (Amy) of Arlington, VA, Christi Pannell (Robert II) and Dana Sanchez of Marshall; his stepdaughters, Theresa Brown of Lake Ozark, MO and Debby Herrick (Robert) of Harrisonville, MO; his grandchildren, Cory Hey (Josh), Elinor Hitt of Cambridge, MA, Robert Pannell III (Mechelle) of Slater, MO, Zachary Pannell of Los Angeles, CA, Jordan Pannell of Antioch, TN, Xaviera Wood (Matt) of Blue Springs, MO, Joel Sanchez (Salmai) of Redlands, CA, Haven Sanchez of Marshall, Chloe and Clint Herrick of Harrisonville; his great grandchildren, Robert Pannell IV of Slater and Rosemary Hey; and his sister Nancy Rankin (Dale) of Seneca, MO. He is also survived by nephews and a niece.
