He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Perkins; and his spouse LaVerne Roth Perkins. He is survived by: his friends, Vicki Arni, Shae Sullivan and Kathy Tyre; and his caregiver Allison Vassos.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Ridge Park Cemetery (780 E Yerby St, Marshall, MO 65340).
