He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Clark, Sr. and Ethel Mae Kennedy Clark; his wife Anna Darlene Johnson; his daughter Cheryl Clark; and his granddaughter Elaine Clark.

He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Clark of Marshall and Josh Clark of Marshall; and his sister Virginia Clark. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project in care of Weiker Funeral Home in Slater.
