He was predeceased by: his parents, Steward W. "Moon" Mullins and Rhoda Ola Pointer Mullins; and his grandson Scotty. He is survived by: his wife Rose Alleen Scharnhorst; his children, David Mullins (Maxine) of Marshall, Kerry Mullins (Cortney) of Marshall, Robin Mullins of Marshall and James "Jay" Mullins (Paige) of Marshall; and his siblings, Charles Mullins of Marshall, Violet Yokeley of Forsyth and Donna Schreiman of Waverly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
