He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia O'Neal. He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his children, Gary Wesley Coslet (Sarah) of Marshall and Jane Lee Perkins (Greg) of Sweet Springs. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
