It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis W. Owens (Marshall, Missouri), who passed away on June 17, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Owens and Nelle Cundiff Owens Cahill; his brother Milo Owens; and his stepfather Boyd Cahill. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Reece Kraus; his children, Debbie Merrell (Ron) of Longwood, FL, Steve Owens (Donna) of Slater, MO, Bill Owens (Vickie) of Lexington, TN., Walton Owens (Martha) of Marshall and Bruce Owens of Jefferson City, MO; and his stepchildren, Debbie Vernon of Jefferson City, Mark Johnson of Jefferson City and Lisa Doran of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
