With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eluina Ioanis of Marshall, Missouri, who passed away on March 19, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pehmen Higgins and Mikelihna Lemuel Higgins; her husband Protestant; and her siblings, Erlihna Ioanis, Perman Higgins, Mikely Ringlen and Ben Higgins.
She is survived by: her children, Leroy Ioanis of Marshall, Rosa James and Tim Ioanis of Pohnpei; her grandchildren, Petchon Ioanis, Leanna Ioanis, Leroy Junior Ioanis, Mitch Mitchon and Pwopwo Mitchon; and her siblings, Pomen Higgins, Erlihner Higgins, Eliwi Ohry, Mikelihner Higgins and Benjamin Higgins. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
