She was predeceased by: her parents, William Barnett and Louisa Holzschuh Barnett; and her husband Kenneth Pate. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Anne Jewell of Lee's Summit, MO and David Charles Lush. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other extended family.
