He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Worthington and Nellie E. Gray Worthington. He is survived by: his children, Carol Sue Demo, Dawn Goeth and Lindsay Dooley; and his sister Marie Hewitt. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
