He was predeceased by: his former wife Debra Kay Widel; and his sisters, Mary and Patricia. He is survived by: his spouse Vickie Spenney; and his stepchildren, Jimmy Hoffman of Marshall, Gayla Spenney Jensen of Phoenix, AZ, Rachel Perkins of Camdenton, Misty Perkins of Marshall and April Huff of Tipton.
