She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Victor Knox and Emma Grace Knox (Finley); her husband Andrew Jackson Samuels, Sr.; and her children, Linda Boyd, Andrew Jackson "Jack" Samuels, Jr. and Lawrence Samuels.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tammy Palmer (Johnnie) of Marshall, John David Boyd (Ashleigh) of Columbia, Bob Samuels of Slater and Doug Samuels of Slater. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church or Crossroads Hospice.
