She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Dean Murdock and Susie Richardson Murdock Hanes; her husband William R. Cox (Bill); her son-in-law Danny Mullins; her stepfather Louis Hanes; and her stepsister Elizabeth Sims.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Cox (Kathy) and Karen Mullins of Marshall; her grandchildren, Jeremy Mullins (Amanda), Brandon Mullins, Ryan Mullins, ReBekka Cox and Matthew Cox; and her brothers, Kenneth D. Murdock (Phyllis) of Knoxville, TN and Bill Hanes (Lori) of Noel, MO.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Marshall FFA Chapter, or Marshall Owls Girls/Boys Tennis Teams.
