He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Malter and Anna F. "Doogie" Malter (Stockman). He is survived by: his wife Olive Malter (Creason); his daughters, Donna Malter-Miller of Mission, KS and Leslie Rimmer (Jeff) of Raymore, MO; his grandson Caleb Miller; and his brother Tom Malter (Roseann) of Malta Bend, MO. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Missouri Valley College Basketball or the Nicholas-Beazley Aviation Museum.
