He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Walter Sr. and Rita Switala; and his sister Judy Haug (Steve). He is survived by: his wife Myra Best (Myzie); his children, Bob, Tim (Pam) and Melina (Robert); his siblings, Richard and Nancy Spehar (Dave); his grandchildren, TJ (Allie), Josie, Megan (Jeff) and Madeline; and his great grandchild Owen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to First United Methodist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
