He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Clark; his daughter Norma Root (Doug) of Marshall, MO; his grandchildren, Hannah Skinner (Adam), Sarah Root, Leah Root and Silas Root; and his siblings, Dick Sanders of New Jersey and Alene Swadley of Cassville, MO.
