It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Della Mae Newman of Marshall, Missouri, who passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Francis Dickson and Juanita Drewer Dickson; her brother Albert Dickson, Jr.; and her granddaughter Natasha. She is survived by: her children, Jenifer, Christopher and Deborah; and her sisters, Francis, Holly and Marsha. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gill Memorial Baptist Church (475 S Miami Ave, Marshall, MO 65340). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at the Sunset Gardens Cemetery (1801 S Odell Ave, Marshall, MO 65340).
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
