It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Schmidt of Marshall, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on March 29, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Soren Schmidt and Ona Ferguson Schmidt Millington; his son Kaler L. Schmidt; and his close friend Precious. He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann Henderson; his sons, Lance A. Schmidt (Cheryl) of Omaha, NE and Brent S. Schmidt (Patty) of Blue Springs, MO; his grandchildren, Austin Schmidt (Liz), Aaron Wilson, Julie Oxler Stroup and Megan Myers; and his sisters, Asta VanKiersbilck of Shawnee, KS and Becky Anderson (Parris) of Bonner Springs, KS. He is also survived by seven great-grandsons; one great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Mary Montgomery Hospice or Jim the Wonder Dog Museum in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
