He was predeceased by: his father Edward Cook; and his sister Susan Neely. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Anne Berry Cook; his wife Kathy Ridout; his pets, Angel, Lady, Molly and Hootie; and his brothers, Steve Cook and Bill Cook of Sedalia. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Slater Animal Shelter or to family choice, with those funds being used to help offset costs for families to adopt animals.
