He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Wise and Rissie Phillips Wise; his son Virgil Wise; and his granddaughter Kelly Renee Butts. He is survived by: his wife Mary Powers; his children, Sharon Kay Moody of Marshall, Clifford E. Wise Jr. of Marshall, Mary Ann Wise of Marshall, Tina Wise of Slater, MO and Dale Allen Wise of Marshall; and his brothers, Ira Wise (Sandy) of Yuma, AZ and Gary Wise (Brenda) of Parkville, MO. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
