He was predeceased by: his parents, Steward W. Mullins and Rhoda O. Pointer Mullins; his wife Marsha Evert; and his brother Gene A. Mullins. He is survived by: his close friend Susie Coleman; his children, Teresa Brown of Marshall, Kenny Mullins (Jennifer) of Slater, MO, Laura Samson (Raymond) of Laurie, MO and Toby Mullins (Kristi) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Rachel Lopez, Justin Brown, Alex, Chloe, Caroline Mullins, Avery, JoJo, Clay Samson and Krista Broyles; and his sisters, Violet Yokeley of Forsyth, MO and Donna Schreiman of Waverly, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
