He is survived by: his wife Edith Mae Overstreet; his children, Donna Lyon (Terry) of Marshall, Daryl Perkins (Brenda) of Marshall and Roger Payne of Marshall; and his siblings, Danny Payne of Independence and Betty Sue Wood of Lincoln. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
