He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Heins and Rose Brown Sinnett; and his stepfather Whorten Sinnett. He is survived by: his children, Cherry Merchant (Larry) of Marshall and Chuck Hines (Debbie) of Marshall; and his stepdaughter Susan Brotherton (Andy) of Carrollton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of friends.
