She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Peterson and Frances Law Patterson Peterson. She is survived by: her husband John L. Piper; and her brother Gary Peterson (Judy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Saline Animal League or Fitzgibbon-Mary Montgomery Hospice in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.
