He is survived by: his children, Kim Bayte of Kearney, MO, Kristen Gaddy of Marshall, Tobey Weaver (Donna) of Marshall, Daniel Weaver of Marshall and Erin Neville (Kevin) of DeWitt, MO; and his grandchildren, Corey Bayte (Cheyenne), Zachary Bayte, Jessica Wazir (Tarik), Nicholas Gaddy, Caleb Weaver, Shawn Cook, Alexis Cook and Katie Cook.
