He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Richard Franklin Aiken and Jane I. Irvine Aiken. He is survived by: his children, Lucas Aiken (Jennifer) of Blue Springs and Anne Mercer (Justin) of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Kylie, Will Aiken and Vega Mercer; his siblings, Rick Aiken of Columbia, Suzanne Aiken Farrell of Marshall and Carolanne Aiken of Marshall; and his close friend Janet Craig.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Marshall Cultural Council in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
