It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Blevins (Marshall, Missouri), born in Grand Pass, Missouri, who passed away on July 17, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her half-brother Bob Stemsrud. She is survived by: her spouse Wayne Blevins; her children, Tod Rimrodt of Agoura Hills, CA and Cara Hunter (Tim) of Salisbury, MO; and her sisters, Linda Vogt of Fayette, MO and Judith D'Amico of Portland, ME. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
