Betty J. Scott Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty J. Scott of Marshall, Missouri, who passed away on April 30, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cullen Cecile Bivins and Lois Naomi Zook Bivins; her daughter Judith Ann Goodman; and her siblings, George Wesley Bivins, Rhoda Mae Ahart, Emma Lee Page, Junior Bivins, Cecile Naomi Crafton, Paul Wayne Bivins and Donald Ray Bivins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Scott of Mountain Home and Ark (Sherry Scott); her grandchildren, Melinda Prince (Michael), Julie Hein (Chris), Karen Goodman (Andrew Souder) and James Goodman (Ashley); her sister Juanita Walker (Frank) of Warsaw; and her son-in-law James Goodman Sr. of Peace Valley, MO. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the American Mental Health Society, Apple Ridge Care Center or to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
