She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Victor Schafer and Ruth Perner Schafer; her former husband Howard "Junior" Phillips; her husband Wallace W. Eddy; her son Ben Wayne Phillips; and her siblings, Mary Miller, Jerome "Bo" Schafer and John Victor Schafer.
She is survived by: her sons, Howard V. Phillps (Mardonna) of Versailles, Raymond E. Phillips of Warsaw, Jeff A. Phillips (Shani) of Columbia and James G. Phillips of Marshall; and her sister Patsy Harper of Richmond. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
