It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Schimmel (Marshall, Missouri), born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on July 16, 2018, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mike Bascue, Leroy Langston, Ann Donaldson, Marie Dunfield and Linda Langston.
She is survived by: her spouse Edmund J. Schimmel (Ted); her daughters, Jackie Marshall (Brian) of Malta Bend, MO and Terri Zeamer of St. Joseph; her grandchildren, Hannah, Abbie, Brock Marshall and Whitney Zeamer; and her siblings, George Bascue (Butch) of St. Joseph, Mary Donaldson of Rushville, MO, Robert Langston of St. Joseph, Kenny Langston of St. Joseph, Marsha Grimmig of St. Joseph and Teresa Maasen of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
