He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Ferguson of Washington and Lillie Pearl Ferguson (Bess); his son George Ferguson; and his siblings, Thomas, Herbert Ferguson, Mable Louise and Bettie Ann Ferguson.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Ferguson of Browns Mills, Rose Marie Ferguson of Columbia and Willard Ferguson Jr. of Browns Mills. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
