He was predeceased by: his parents, James Plouder and Ottilia Plouder. He is survived by: his partner Bonny Frances Rackley of Marquand; his sisters, Jackie Sparks (Tom) of St. Louis and Cathleen Sandidge (Robert) of Wenatchee, Washington; and his stepchildren, Shawn Cowling of Park Hills, Aaron Cowling of Farmington, Kyle Rackley of Fredericktown, Jason Bounds of Illinois and Todd Bounds of Alton, Illinois.
