We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2020, at the age of 96, Elmer Mouser of Marquand, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ester Mouser and Frances Mouser; his siblings, Webb Mouser, Woodrow Mouser, Roy Mouser, Glenda Jeffrey and Essie Whitener; his grandchildren, Jamey Mouser and Daniel Mouser; and his great grandchild Ethan Jordan.
He is survived by: his wife Roseda Monie Mouser; and his children, Eugene "Butch" Mouser (Clara), Ronnie Mouser (Gail), Barbara Jacobs and Eddie Mouser (Donna). He is also survived by grandchildren, twenty-one (21) great-grandchildren and five (5) great-great-grandchildren.
