She was predeceased by: her father Jim Mills; her husband Robert Hale Wagner; her brothers, Delbert Mills, George Mills and Bill Mills; her brothers-in-law, Henson, Manual Upchurch, Jerry Webb, Duel Stanfill and Thomas Slinkard; her sisters, Mabel Henson and Faye Slinkard; and her sister-in-law Lola Mills.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Wagner (Michele) of Marquand, Terry Wagner (Teena) of Marquand and JD Wagner (Dawn) of Marquand; and her grandsons, Terry Wagner (Ashley) of Marquand and Tyler Wagner (Amanda) of Marquand.
