Robert Bateman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Bateman of Marionville, Missouri, born in Marshfield, Missouri, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Bateman and Anna Bateman; his wife Jean Bateman; his son Jim Bateman; and his sisters, Judy Polite and Janie Peak.
He is survived by: his children, John Bateman (Debbie) and Becky Murphy (Doug); his daughter-in-law Pam Bateman; his grandchildren, Justin Murphy, Jessica Graff (Bradon), Nathan Murphy (Amber), Jennifer Fleeman (Cody), Kurtis Bateman (Mel) and Kristi Bateman; and his sisters, Marjorie Blankenship and Betty Williams. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Peterson Funeral Chapel (229 W Church St, Aurora, MO 65605).
