He is survived by: his wife June Marie (Siefert); his children, Bonnie Budd (James) of Aurora, Missouri, Monty Trigg (Sierra) of Aurora, Carl Proctor (Kim) of Chattanooga and David Proctor (Ann) of Columbus, Ohio; and his brother Danny Trigg of Orlando, Florida. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
