She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Tyson and Bernice Tyson; her husband Raymond Harold Bales; her sons, Raymond Harold Bales, Jr. and Charles Robert Bales; and her siblings, Ted, Buel Bales and Thelma Brashears.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Lynn Bales of Northrop, Minnesota; her grandsons, Michael Bales (Andrea) of North Mankato and Rodney Bales (Sharon) of Wichita, Kansas; her great grandchildren, Cassandra, Miranda, Andrew and Matthew Bales; and her brother-in-law James Bales (Joyce) of Overland Park. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
