He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Tracy and Eva Tracy (Rust); his former wife Joyce Ann DeVries; his great grandchild Dawson John Bettinger; his siblings, Alice, Paul, Clair and Joe Tracy; and his siblings-in-law, Gertrude DeVries, John Kooistra, Abe VanRoekel, Arie Kiel, Clinton Janas and David DeVries.
He is survived by: his daughter Jill Bettinger (Murlin) of Marionville, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brayden Bettinger (Jessica) of Marionville, Missouri, Parker of Marionville, Missouri, Payton of Marionville, Missouri and Delaney Bettinger of Marionville, Missouri; his great grandchild Paisley Bettinger; his siblings, Don Robertson (Hazel) of South Dakota and Helen Janas of Arkansas; and his siblings-in-law, Oscar DeVries (Lori) of Sioux Falls, Arlene Kooistra of Hills, Linda DeVries of Alvord and Donna Tracy of Oregon.
