Goodwin (Barrett); her husband Paul Lewis Pulasky; her children, Heather Leann Vandergriff (Tim) and Andrew James Grissom; her grandson Caleb Vandergriff; and her siblings, Jim Haynes (Barb), Bill Goodwin (Sunny), Dan Haynes and Debbie Randall (Terry). She is also survived by extended family and friends.
