He is survived by: his wife Doris E. Soutee; his sons, Mike (Denise), Randy (Roxanne) and Keith (Monica); his grandchildren, Josh Rapp (Rachel), Dillon Rapp (Raney), Wyatt Rapp (Danielle), Chris Robbins (Samantha), Ashley Stine (Rick), Valerie Maples (Kit) and Sara Smith (Robbie); his brothers, Joe and Bill; and his sister-in-law Dorothy McKenzie (Bob). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Three Rivers Hospice.
