He is survived by: his wife Nancy Underwood; and his children, Geraldine King (Mike) of West Monroe, Beverly Small of Springfield, Michelle Mortensen (Daniel) of Marionville, Lee McDowell of Republic and Mike Nelson (Erin) of Nixa, Missouri. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great- grandchildren.
