We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 85, David Lloyd Spears in Marionville, Missouri, born in Hulbert, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, JT Spears and Reba Spears; and his brother Gary Spears. He is survived by: his wife Alice Faye Spears (Hallford) of Springfield; his children, David Spears II of Marionville and Elizabeth Johnston (Spears); his son-in-law Andy Johnston of Springfield; his grandchildren, Allison Johnston of Tulsa Oklahoma and Ben Johnston of Springfield; and his brothers, Steve, Pete, Jon and Mike Spears.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to Green County Habitat For Humanity in David's name.
