He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Baum and Anna Louise Baum (Arnsmeyer); and his siblings, Hazel Baum, Irene Maples (Floyd), Velma Baum, Kathryn McMichael (Mick), Lou Ann Hutchison, Harry Baum, Chester Baum (Madeline) and John Baum (Bonnie).
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Elizabeth Ferrell; and his brother-in-law John Hutchison of Hollister. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
