She was predeceased by: her parents, Finis Carver and Louise Carver (Gunther); her husband Jim (Jim); and her sister Sara Herndon (Carver). She is survived by: her children, Belinda Jones (Clyde), Randy Smart (Gayle) and Cathy Joyner (Alan); her grandchildren, Brian, Andrea Jones, Kevin Jones, Lauren (Smart), Nick Layman, Jason Joyner, Virginia (Joyner), Jordan Uphaus and Millie Smart; and her great grandchildren, Allyssa, Adilee, Brettly, Elyse, Avery, Harper, Nora, Cooper, Troy and Brody. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Marionville First United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
