He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Elmer and Mary Nita Hamilton (Craig); his wife Cheryl Collins; and his brothers, Elmer E., James L., Lavern, Clarence and Jerry.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Brantner (Rick) of Warrensburg; his grandson Weston Brantner (Brooke) of Warrensburg; and his siblings, Bill Hamilton (Rosemary) of Marceline, Charlie Hamilton of Brunswick, Ethel Anita Carriker and Parthina Hamilton of Brookfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
