With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth J Penderson (Marceline, Missouri), who passed away on January 7, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Verner J. Sportsman and Gertrude Sportsman (Hayes); her stepfather Delbert Eads; her siblings, Bernadine Cupp and Larry D. Eads; and her son Todd Penderson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Holly Malone-Zukaitis, Mark of Lake Quivira, KS, Hope Malone McPheeters, Sam of Kansas City, MO and Matthew Malone of Overland Park, KS; her great grandchildren, Isabelle, Evelyn Zukaitis of Lake Quivira, KS, Ella and Luke McPheeters of Kansas City, MO; and her nieces, Carolyn Burch, Connie Cupp of Marceline, MO, Karen Delaney (Ben), Dee Fiala Ayers (Steve), Linda Penderson Wilson (Dave) and Pattie Penderson Leap (Mark).
