She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred A. Frazier and Marjorie E. Frazier (Fisher); her stepmother Stella Frazier; her siblings, Patricia Wright (Mike) and Matthew Frazier; her parents-in-law, Archie and Elsie Johnson; and her brothers, Cloyce Johnson (Dorothy), Clarion Johnson and Vaneta Clapp (Billy).

She is survived by: her husband Clayton Johnson; her daughters, Amy Elizabeth Levett of Marceline and Kimberly Kay Johnson (Stephen Walters) of Trimble, MO.; her grandchildren, Camden Levett (Jamie) of Columbia, MO, Brandon Walters (Stephanie) of Trimble, MO and Shelby Walters (Dylon Blackman) of Savannah, MO; her siblings, Jeanett Baxter (Larry) of Excelsior Springs, Vicky Bryant (Brad) of St. Catharine, Doretta Harrison (Gibb Selmon) and Ed Frazier (Yolanda); and her sister-in-law Susie Johnson of Marceline. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
