She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Eric and Leona Bell Bartee (Moscoe); her husband Robert Couch of Marceline; her daughter Debra Kay Smith (Epperson); her great grandchild Aiden Dean Bell; her son-in-law Terry Blaise; and her stepgrandson Mike Blaise.
She is survived by: her former husband Eugene Keith Epperson of Sumner; her children, Michael Keith Epperson, Cheryl Blaise and Gail Epperson (Bettina); and her stepdaughter Rhonda (Manny Juncos).
