She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Brooks; her parents, Aloysius Fessler and Dorothy Fessler; and her brother Harry Fessler. She is survived by: her son Steven; her brother Paul Fessler of Liberty, MO; and her children, Kim Lawhon of St. Joseph, MO, Karen Brooks of Kansas City, MO and Steve Brooks of St. Joseph, MO. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Mary's Cemetery Fund.
