She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Blakley and Lou Ella Blakley (Butterfield); her daughter Joyce Baker; and her son-in-law Darrell Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Payne; her daughter Karen Phillips of Marceline; her sisters, Bonnie Hudson (Jim), Nancy Isaacson, Linda Jones (David) and Diana Allen of Fulton, MO; her grandchildren, Markus Phillips (Jessica), Travis Phillips (Skye), Trevor Phillips, Drew Murie, Tristan Murie, Brendon Catron, Logan Smith, Isabella Payne, Tyler Curley and Bree Catron; and her great grandchildren, Eleanor, Hallie, Lucille Phillips and Maylee Curley.
The family suggests memorials be made to Delaney Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
