She was predeceased by: her parents, William Richards and Dessie Richards (Dyer); her husband John Henry Costello; her children, Johnny Costello III and Monica Costello; and her brothers, Johnny and Earl.
She is survived by: her children, Renee'Costello, Christina Costello, David Costello (Danielle), Tanya Costello, Joseph Costello, Melinda Costello (Kevin), Thomas Costello, Bernadette Costello, Michael Costello (Missy), Peter Costello and Joshua Costello; and her siblings, Pete, Bonnie and Butch. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
